this is the actual concept i had pictured in my brain. i wanted to do something that looks like a screen cap but pencilled. i needed to go back to work, so i just pasted in a bioshock concept art for the BG and tweaked it in PS.

so just to be clear, THE BACKGROUND IS NOT BY ME. IT IS BIOSHOCK CONCEPT ART.

full disclosure: i didn't finish the game. i quit midway through. what can i say? i'm a pussy. video games for me are a very visceral experience. i REALLY get into the games. most times i CANNOT play if i'm alone in the house. i get the shakes after playing something intense like rainbow six or halflife. anyway, bioshock got to be like work and stopped being fun. i quit and switched to R6 vegas instead.

...and that's why i don't like to play video games alone in my house! don't like playing at night too. the sad thing is, i'm not kidding. i get so into the game, i start to scare myself. i jump at every sound. its ridiculous.

wow! Exactly same thing happened to me with Bioshock, but then I got it a few years later and now I've finished the first and second one like three times and have got DLC for them both. Nice artwork too! I love the arm with winter blast especially and the Rosie's suit is full of detail too.
